Ask Bobbi: the Bobbi Brown app

For some daft reason I suggested a chapter on beauty to my book editor. So, there I was giving myself a quiet kicking when Bobbi Brown asked me to write about their new 'Ask Bobbi' app. Having spent far longer than I intended researching this handy piece of software, I've picked up lots of fantastic beauty tips, such as: how to create 'Everything Brows' and give myself a surgery-free 'Makeup Facelift.' Being very low maintenance when it comes to all things beauty, I've also carried out an in-depth study of the 'Long-Wear Look'. I already use Bobbi Brown's Long-Wear gel eyeliner (and Smokey Eye mascara), as it was highly recommended to me once by a makeup artist, on a fashion shoot. I just need lessons on how to apply it properly and not look like a bedraggled Dolly Parton fan who's spent the weekend at Glastonbury without face wipes. But that's fine because the app can help me find my nearest store and I can call and book a lesson.

Ask Bobbi also allows you to log all purchases and practise applying makeup using the 'mirror functionality.' That'll be handy on the commute to work.

  3. Am a total BB convert! I had a Great Skin lesson a few weeks ago and love her products. May just need to acquire this app now. Hope the book is going okay - don't forget I'm impatient to buy! ;) x

  4. I have to be honest here: I love the BB products, my bank account unfortunately doesn't… However, her tips and the way she transforms women without making them look ridiculous is amazing. Will have to give this a try ;-)

  5. Am currently mid-eyebrow midlife challenge - they seem to be moving, going fairer (let's hope not grey) and sort of wiggly...how does this happen and why did no-one warn me???
