Like Brody in season three of Homeland, I'm back. Don't worry I haven't shaved my head and started injecting smack - though I've wanted to at times - but I have spent the best part of this week in exile. The victim of a cyber attack. Completely traumatized, with a blog-sized hole in my life. Difficult times people, difficult times. Anyhow. While barred from my own blog, I passed the time pondering the art of layering. I hate to bore on about the weather but what with the unseasonally high temperatures (experienced both externally and internally, ahem), looking good and not over-heating has become a minor preoccupation. I like what Garance Doré (I always want to call her Garage Door) is doing here:

And this photo from the French super-blogger's site, sans the Gitanes:

I love layering, provided the Texas weather cooperates!

ReplyDeleteHow awful for you! No idea how you sorted that one out. It sounds like a nightmare!!
ReplyDeleteLayering? Well, I do it all the time, and today I accidentally discovered that 2 skirts hanging together on the same hanger were of different lengths, so now I am wearing one over the other. I think this could be good for travelling too!
Glad you're back.
Cheers,
