How y'all doing out there? This week's mantra comes courtesy of jewellery designer Valentine Franc, whose personalised tags are now on sale at the super-hip Parisian store Colette. I went into festive overdrive yesterday, bought and wrapped all the outstanding presents, finally booked train tickets for our Christmas trip up north and managed to tie-up all the loose ends at work without punching anyone. Perfect.
Not being a fan of traditional Christmas desserts, I'd swap the xmas pudding for Mary Berry's utterly delicious yule log - but that would make a very long tag.
How are your Christmas plans going?
Off topic, but we're not coming over to Europe in February - too much going on. Hopefully in April. Love the tags.

ReplyDeleteThis is my first Christmas in the UK for 12 years and I am loving every minute of the preparations. Everything is done and ticked off the multitude of lists. I am now going to savor every minute of the hols like a child ;-)

Love those tags! As for style - I don't think I've changed much, probably because I still think I'm 25... ;-) I'm not a fan of christmas pudding, so I quite often make a baked panettone pudding served with whipped cream, yum! xo
ReplyDeleteI've done most of the important stuff. And if I haven't done it, I'm getting ready to call it unimportant. . . There will be good food, there will be loved ones, we have happy little people around, that should be enough to make a Christmas, right?

The tags are clever with important reminders. I have simplified the holidays this year, so would love to wear 'stay calm' all year long.

ReplyDeleteI am trying this year to enjoy each moment, not be constantly focused on 'next'. But it's hard when you have a family and you are the main 'christmas maker' (stolen from 2012's games maker, sounds better than dogsbody...)

ReplyDeleteLove the tags. The way my waist line is going I could wear the Xmas pudding tag without the word "Xmas" on it.
ReplyDeleteWe have the traditional Christmas pudding - home made in the calico cloth - as well a a scrumptious summer pudding made with fresh summer berries and topped with lashings of cream.
