ReplyDeleteI enjoyed that article and love both those sweatshirts. Have to admit to being influenced by your earlier post so that I picked up a grey sequined Gap v-neck version last week. I've got to be careful in choosing a sweatshirt-style top, though, as that lower band can be unfortunate for those of us who are as short-waisted as I am. . .

ReplyDeleteI've been seeing these upscale sweatshirts a lot lately--I like those cashmere ones. Sometimes the over-pouffy ones are harder to style. Agree with all of your styling tips!

fashionoverfifty - yes, the more streamlined, slinkier styles are best.
X-nay on the fancy sweatshirts. Remind me too much of the Quacker Factory oversized sweaters with decoration on them. Unless you like bling on your jeans stay away from the bling on your sweatshirts.
