Mary Portas and Clarks: Spring/Summer 2012 Preview

Some women hyperventilate over Manolos and Kirkwoods. Go apoplectic over Louboutins and Choos. Not me. I get excited by a pair of Clarks. So, imagine my delight at the sight of the latest Mary Portas spring/summer 2012 collaboration.

Warning: contains flat shoes. And snakeprint.

  15. My feet have rebelled after years of choosing "fashionably stylish "over "sensibly well fitting". Having broad feet, I've endured years of trying to squeeze my feet into a B or C width - fashion rarely catered for D fittings. Clarkes have come a long way from sturdy, comfortable school shoes!
    Warm regards.

  16. Metscan - there's a similar shoe (metallic not snakeprint) in the autumn collection and it's £89.99. Bargain.

  17. I just bought a pair of Clark's desert boots, unbelievable, the comfort level blows my mind, I am going to Clark's for shoes now, I'm so over hobbling like an arthritic crow .

  18. I do love a snakeskin (faux ou non) shoe - the platform here really makes the difference.
