Ines de la Fressange was one of several inspiring women I used to illustrate my talk last night with Ari from Advanced Style. It's been a crazy, busy week and as soon as I get chance, I'll post a full report. Suffice to say we had a lot of fun and some of Ari's fabulous ladies made a guest appearance. Anyhow. Good news for fans of Ines de la Fressange's brand of effortless French style: Uniqlo has just announced a collaboration with the 56-year-old model/muse. The LifeWear range of easy-to-wear basics is due to launch in spring 2014 - and with Uniqlo's excellent price points, we'll all be able to afford a little Parisian Chic.

Which reminds me of IdlF's advice on how to avoid Fashion Faux Pas At 50-plus:
'Always mix chic and cheap: a pile-up of luxury labels can be fatal after 45.'
She is my idol. She just keeps getting better and better!
ReplyDeleteThank top picture of her is so much fun!! I think any company which signs her on as a representative is very smart! Can't wait to hear more about your evening.
