Patrick Cox collaborates with Geox

Another day, another fabulous fashion collaboration. Sorry it's not Marni for H&M but at my age queuing in a shop doorway overnight has about as much appeal as a free visit to Vladimir Putin's plastic surgeon. No. British shoe designer Patrick Cox has pushed his cupcakes aside for a partnership with Italian comfy footwear brand Geox. I can't decide between the indigo suede wedge with super-sized tassels or the stonewashed denim number. Which do you prefer?

And I was going to show you a pair of original Patrick Cox Wannabe loafers but doubted you'd be that interested in looking at my 20-year-old shoes. Maybe next week.

  1. I am hurting myself laughing about Putin's plastic surgeon! I like both shoes, my favorites would be the tasseled pair - wonderful color!

  2. Of the two, I like the lower one better.
But, in general, I don´t like wedges at all.
Maybe I belong to the minority, but I just can´t " get " them.

  3. I like both, but I don't like denim shoes with jeans, so I'd go with the suede tasseled shoe.

  4. Love them both. VP looks stretched, thin skinned and scary!

  5. If those are as comfortable as Geox shoes promise to be, I'd love the top pair -- Some height in a casual-looking walking-possible shoe? Fabulous! These are going on my Pinterest board, for sure.

  6. I wish I still had my Patrick Cox Wannabe loafers from back in the day! I totally want to see yours. I do have a pair of suede wedges from the '90s: http://wendybrandes.com/blog/2008/04/old-shooz-and-final-la-photos/

I love both Geox pairs. Maybe the second one a little more than the first.

  9. Love them both, why choose? Must tell my eldest daughter. She so wanted a pair of Patrick Cox loafers for passing her GCSE's - we had a cake made in the shape of them then relented and bought her a pair too!!
